I am so very thankful to Care in the Home. I could not ask for nicer people to deal with the coordination of my mom's care. Joy and Julie are people who actually take the time to get to know the patient and the family! They find caregivers that are caring, professional, and dependable. In a time of much stress and concern, Care In the Home helps to ease that stress. It was so important to me to keep my mother home, and because of these lovely people, my mom did stay home until the end. Their kindness and understanding meant so much to me and my mom. There was one time when the caregiver was not the right fit, never a problem.... they work with you to find that perfect caregiver. They get it! They care! Referred from the VA been with them for almost 3 years no issues, actually with there knowledgeable staff the VA has taken another approach to my treatment I couldn't ask for better service. VA has transferred me to another care facility and I insisted to transfer back, the other (not to be named company) is no comparison to the treatment I receive from my in home health professional. Keep up the great work.

Care in The Home has provided excellent home health services to my mother following her stroke in August. Her speech therapist, physical therapist and nurse are friendly, professional and interested in helping patients with rehabilitation. Each one of them visits my mother a couple times each week. We first contacted a speech therapist at Care in The Home because my mother could not swallow liquids, and the speech therapist assigned to my mother at a rehabilitation center was not helping. Care in The Home's speech therapist agreed to meet my mother, and introduced a straw, which enabled my mother to start drinking again. When my mother was discharged from the rehabilitation center, we decided to select Care in The Home for home health services. My family is very thankful we found this service because without their assistance, my mother's health would not have improved. I would recommend this agency.

Over the past several years I have intermittently used "respite care" after several surgeries to assist in my recuperation after being in rehab. I have consistently received first class service and plan to use " respite care " and the home care agency " care in home" going forward.

When my wife came home from the hospital, she received a full complement of services from Care in the Home including caregivers, nurses and therapists. Thanks to the entire care team, her diabetes is under control and she is now able to walk with her walker after being bedridden for two and a half years. She is able to shop at the mall and get her hair done. We have even taken a caregiver on a vacation with us to Florida and next year hope to take a cruise!
