Tracy Kelly RN, BSN received her degree from Concordia University.  Tracy has a 20 year history as a dedicated and compassionate hospice nurse where she was passionate in recognizing that quality of life, peace and comfort at the end of life should be the focus. Tracy changed paths along the way and set forth her efforts and determination to assist older adults in maintaining their maximized home independence.  She continues her goal of providing the highest quality of life possible to those she serves. She advocates for her clients to receive care centered on their needs and in the comfort of their home.
